Are you excited by and passionate about customer service and harnessing technologies for the purposes of increasing the customer experience and improving the way we work? 


In this role you will provide leadership and effective management to the Customer Focus team embedding a customer first ethos and delivering a quality customer experience to the Hobsons Bay community.


You will oversee the many facets of leading a vibrant and innovative team in delivering a quality service from a multi-channel contact centre. This is a key role within the organisation and is paramount to driving customer satisfaction.  Your expert knowledge in relevant methodologies and best practice trends will assist in meeting the changing needs of the organisation and the community, and develop new ways of assisting the community in its interactions with Council.


Your demonstrable significant experience in customer service contact centres, strong leadership skills and effective networks are critical to the success of this role. You will have political and organisational acumen and a confident and collaborative working style, be analytically minded and demonstrate a clear action orientation.
