Are you excited by and passionate about innovation, business improvement and harnessing technologies for the purposes of increasing the customer experience and improving the way we work?  If you are enthusiastic, team-orientated and experienced in continuous improvement then we have the perfect role to lead the charge in Continuous Improvement and Innovation at Hobsons Bay. 


This unique position will oversee the many facets of leading Continuous Improvement and Innovation in collaboration with the wider organisation. Your expert knowledge in relevant methodologies and best practice trends will assist in meeting the changing needs of the organisation and the community, and develop new ways of assisting the community in its interactions with Council. As the Continuous Improvement Lead and a passionate change agent, you will be able to identify efficiency opportunities, deliver projects to completion, improve processes, make better use of technology and work with many different stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in a similar position. The right person will possess well developed conceptual, analytical planning and project management skills, along with a strong ability to build trusting relationships and influence the delivery of positive outcomes across the organisation.  The position sits within the Customer Focus and Innovation department.
